East Timor Police Force celebrates nine years
The ninth anniversary of the East Timor Police Force was celebrated at the Palazzio in Dili, on 27 March 2009. At the event, the Prime Minister of East Timor, Xanana Gusmao announced the first step in the resumption of East Timor police responsibilities from the United Nations Police, signalling the continued stability of the country.
