Quick Response Force in East Timor
The International Stabilisation Force Quick Response Force conduct the first in a series of joint exercises with the East Timor National Police.
The exercise is conducted to increase understanding of each others conditions, equipment and tactics in Population Protection and Control.
Operation ASTUTE is the Australian Defence Force’s contribution to the Australian Government's response to a request from the Government of East Timor to assist in restoring peace and stability to their country.
