Lar De Santa Teresinha orphanage
Charlie Company, Timor Leste Battle Group 5 based in Baucau, delivered sporting equipment and musical instruments to Lar de Santa Teresinha Orphanage. The orphanage houses 59 boys, ranging in age from 8 to 17 years old.
Over the four months that Charlie Company has been patrolling the area, the soldiers have visited the orphanage more than a dozen times, always making time to play with the children. Money for the gifts was raised by the soldiers in November.
