Reform and Development of the Security Sector in Timor- Leste Seminar
Over the last 2 days, a Seminar was held in Dili for the Reform and Development of the Security Sector in Timor- Leste. Represenatatives of the East Timor Defence Force (F-FDTL), Police Force (PNTL), International Stabilisation Force, United Nations Police, various security organisations, diplomats and the President of East Timor, Dr Jose Ramos Horta were in attendance.
The seminar was officially closed with a speech from Prime Minister Xanana Gusmao and President Jose Ramos Horta.
