Bicycle Infantry Mounted Patrol
The Bicycle Infantry Mounted Patrol (BIMP) is a new initiative by the Timor Leste Battle Group 4 to improve the flexibility of field patrols in East Timor.
Importantly, BIMP is less offensive and allows the patrols to engage more easily with the local Timorese people, especially the children.
