13th Forces Entertainment Tour
The 13th Forces Entertainment Tour to Timor-Leste provided an opportunity for some Australian performers to show their appreciation for the work of the men and women of the Australian Defence Force.
In a tradition that pre-dates the Vietnam War, the entertainers donated their time and talent free of charge to take part in the concert tour, which performed for around 1000 Australian and New Zealand personnel in a number of locations around Timor-Leste.
The concerts provide a welcome break from the day-to-day routine for the troops, and they all look forward to the opportunity to enjoy a laugh and listen to some good Aussie music.
