Weapons Demonstration
As part of the induction process for a group of incoming Participating Police Force (PPF) personnel, members of the Combined Task Force 635 (CTF635) put on a demonstration of capabilities and equipment that can be used to support the police should the need arise.
Weapons and equipment on display included the Australian Defence Force’s F88 Steyr and F89 Minimi which were demonstrated both during the day and at night. The demonstration took place at the Caledonia Weapons Range located on the coast to the east of Honiara City.
