Combined US and Aussie Forces in Townsville for Talisman Saber 09
Elements of No. 92 Wing, 10 Squadron, 87 Squadron and Joint Electronic Warfare Operational Support Unit (JEWOSU) are deployed to RAAF Base Townsville, working together to take part in Exercise Talisman Saber 2009.
Exercise Talisman Saber 2009 (TS09) is a biennial combined training activity, designed to train Australian and U.S. forces in planning and conducting Combined Task Force operations, which will help improve ADF/US combat readiness and inter-operability.
