3SQN Technicians hard at work during TS09
3SQN deployed from RAAF Base Williamtown to the Northern Territory along with 10 F/A-18 Hornets to take part in Exercise Talisman Saber 09.
Corporal (CPL) Stuart Johnson, an Aircraft Technician with No. 3 Squadron (3SQN) wipes down the canopy of a RAAF F/A-18 Hornet. Originally from Foster in New South Wales, CPL Johnson has been an Aircraft Technician in the RAAF for 5 years.

Sergeant (SGT) Paul Nicholls, an Aircraft Technician with No.3 Squadron (3SQN), extends the boarding ladder of a RAAF F/A-18 Hornet parked in an Ordinance Loading Area (OLA) on RAAF Base Darwin. Originally from Ingham in Northern Queensland, SGT Nicholls has been in the RAAF for almost 19 years.
