Medical staff from Kadena Air Force Base, Okinawa, Japan are working together with Medical personnel from No.3 Expeditionary Health Squadron Detachment, RAAF Darwin during Exercise Talisman Saber 09. Both forces are working together and combining resources that see them sharing skills sets while working together efficiently.
