27 July 2010 This is the last time the RAN's Sea King helicopters are scheduled to participate in a RIMPAC. They are due to be decommissioned in 2011. The Australian Defence Force’s largest international maritime exercise, Exercise Rim-of-the-Pacific (RIMPAC) 2010 has commenced in Hawaii. RIMPAC is designed to test interoperability with 14 Pacific Rim nations. |
