An MH-53E Sea Dragon assigned to Heavy Marine Helicopter (HMH) Squadron 362 lands aboard the amphibious assault ship USS BONHOMME RICHARD (LHD 6).
The BONHOMME RICHARD departed Naval Station Pearl Harbor for participation in Exercise Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2008.
RIMPAC is the world’s largest maritine exercise, scheduled biannually by U.S. Pacific Fleet and takes place in the Hawaiian operating area during 29 June - 31 July 2008.
Participants include Australia, Canada, Chile, Japan, Netherlands, Peru, Republic of Korea, Singapore, United Kingdom and the U.S.
