PACIFIC PARTNERSHIP
01 September 2010 More than 250 Australian Defence Force personnel have arrived in PNG to conduct the US-led humanitarian assistance mission Pacific Partnership 2010 (PP10). The Royal Australian Navy amphibious ship HMAS Tobruk, acting as Mission command platform will conduct the week long activity in the areas surrounding Rabaul with a United States Navy frigate USS Vandegrift. |
