Aussie and US Military Engineers lend a hand in Tonga.
12 Australian Army Engineers are currently delivering engineering and construction aid on the Island of Lifuka in Tonga. Three of the 12 Aussie engineers are working long, hot days within a multinational team, fully refurbishing a Community Centre in the village of Faleola. The Community Centre is an important part of Tongan life and is used for recreation, village meetings, disaster relief efforts, major events and traditional feasts.
