Hunter Valley locals meet on Humanitarian Mission in the Solomon Islands
Three Hunter Valley veterans have played key roles in helping the disabled and disadvantaged in the Solomon Islands.  The trio of Novocastrians met during the recent humanitarian civic assistance mission – PACIFIC PARTNERSHIP 2009, in the Solomon Islands.

Pacific Partnership 09 Bids Farewell to Tonga
Pacific Partnership expended more than 400 man-days on engineering projects in Tonga including renovations to a medical clinic, two schools, a community centre and water catchments projects.

Australian Army Engineers
12 Australian Army Engineers are currently delivering engineering and construction aid on the Island of Lifuka in Tonga. Three of the 12 Aussie engineers are working long, hot days within a multinational team, fully refurbishing a Community Centre in the village of Faleola.

Pacific Partnership 2009 lends a hand in Samoa
A multinational and multi skilled PACIFIC PARTNERSHIP 2009 team has been hard at work in Samoa. With the sound of singing children in the background, the team has refurbished a local primary school in the village of Sasina.
