Pitch Black 2010
29 July 2010 The Hornets from RAAF Williamtown, NSW are operating from Darwin during the exercise as part of 'blue' force alongside the Republic of Singapore, Royal Thailand and Royal New Zealand Air Forces. 'Red' air, or the enemy forces, include Mk 127 Hawks and F/A-18 Hornets operating from RAAF Tindal near Katherine. Exercise Pitch Black tests both air and ground crews in a deployed multi-lateral environment. |
