Guard of honour to welcome Air Commander Australia, Air Vice-Marshal Mark Binskin

The Royal Australian Air Force's biggest biennial exercise - Pitch Black 08 has officially begun. Air Commander Australia, Air Vice-Marshal Mark Binskin opened the event at RAAF Base Darwin.
