Commander of the ISF handover ceremony and TLSM parade for departing troops

Throughout October 2010 over half of the 400 Australian troops in the International Stabilisation Force (ISF) in East Timor will change out with new members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF). On 9th October the Commander of the ISF, Colonel Simon Stuart, transferred command of the ISF to Colonel Mick Reilly at a flag-raising ceremony and the departing ADF members along with Colonel Stuart were awarded the Timor-Leste Solidarity Medal by the President of East Timor Dr Jose Ramos Horta at a Presidential Parade.
