Soldiers Watch NRL Grand Final in Afghanistan
For soldiers not on duty the televising of the NRL Grand Final between St. George Illawarra and Sydney provided a welcome respite from the dust and heat of their normal daily activities. The half-time tribute to Australian men and women serving overseas and to the fallen in Afghanistan was particularly appreciated by all watching.
