ANP trainees at the Police Training Centre

OVER 100 new trainees for the Afghan National Police (ANP) were enrolled at the Multi National Base Tarin Kot recently. Security for the enrolment was provided by Australian soldiers from the 1st Mentoring Task Force (MTF1) in conjunction with their counterparts from the Australian Federal Police.

Approximately 100 new ANP trainees will spend the next eight weeks receiving intense training at the Police Training Centre, with the Australian Federal Police assisting in mentoring the ANP instructors at the centre.
