Minutes to Midnight
Linkin Park
Warner Bros
Following their successful previous album Meteora, Minutes to Midnight has continued the band’s rise in the Nu-Metal/ Alternative rock music genres.
Having sold already more than 3.4 million copies worldwide since its early May release date, it is not hard to see or hear why.
I am totally hooked on the wide variety of fast-paced, heavy beat-driven and melodic tracks the band has produced for the album.
Standouts are the first single released off the album What I’ve Done and the anti-establishment song Hands Held High.
5/5 stars

We Are The Night
Chemical Brothers
Domino
There’s been a little bit of office controversy over the track The Salmon Dance on the Chemical Brothers new album, We are the night.
Love it or hate it, I think it’s definitely the most fun song this talented duo out of England have ever written – but sure, not the hardest techno.
But if it’s the harder stuff you’re after, you wont be disappointed. There’s plenty to choose from such as, Do It Again, which was released as a single.
