Central Band

April 20:
The Air Force Jazz Ensemble will be entertaining thousands of possible recruits at the 2007 Careers Expo, Caulfield racecourse, Melbourne. For more information visit www.vceandcareers.com.au
April 23: The Ceremonial Band is supporting No 1 Radar Surveillance Unit’s Freedom of Entry to the city of Alice Springs. The parade begins at 10am.
April 23: Force 10 will be playing dance music at the 1RSU Freedom of Entry to the City of Alice Springs Ball, Alice Springs Convention Centre, from 7pm.
April 24: LAC Jason Reeve will perform the ‘Last Post’ at the Kapyong Commemoration service at Anzac Hill, Alice Springs, at 6pm.
April 25: The band will be supporting the Anzac Day commemorations in Alice Springs. This includes the Dawn Service, Anzac Day Parade and the 11am Anzac Hill Service.
April 28: The Ceremonial Band is providing support for the 23SQN Colour Rededication at RAAF Base Amberley, at 2pm.
April 28: The Central Band Wind Trio and the Williams Clarinet Quartet will perform at the 23SQN dinner at RAAF Base Amberley Officers’ Mess from 7pm.
May 3: The Ceremonial Band is supporting the School of Aviation Warfare Graduation Parade at RAAF Base East Sale at 1.45pm.
May 5-6: The Concert Band will be performing two concerts as part of the Bright Autumn Festival at Bright, Victoria, Saturday from 3-5pm and Sunday from 12-1pm. Please confirm all performances on (03) 9256 2439 or centralband@defence.gov.au



Air Command Band


April 22: The Brass Quintet will perform at the Anzac Memorial Service, St Stephen’s Anglican Church, Willoughby, Sydney, from 10am.
April 25: The Air Command Band will lead the RAAF contingent in the Anzac Day March, from 10.30am, corner of King and Elizabeth Streets, Sydney.
April 26: The Brass Quintet will perform a concert at Newcastle Conservatorium. The parade band will attend the 1RTU Parade at RAAF Base Edinburgh.
