Ace Combat X: Skies of Deceptions

The game: Ace Combat X Skies of Deception offers the same aerial combat found in the Ace Combat series, but specifically designed for PSP. My introduction to the hand-held console was a revelation, with excellent graphics and play.

The play: Beginning with Vietnam-era aircraft, players can either pit themselves against the excellent AI or take advantage of the PSP’s ad hoc mode.

Terrain: The graphics are impressive with 15 large maps, ranging from urban to natural landscapes. Strategic AI Systems alter mission structure on every play, and as players progress they can upgrade their aircraft and weapons.

The experience: Pocket-sized thrills, and remember, you don’t have to move the whole PSP to perform a barrel roll.
