undertook recently when they headed to the Southern Cross University
in Lismore.
The course, known as the Public Sector Executive Management Program,
was developed for Air Force through consultation with Management

On completion of the 15-week intensive course, students attain
a Graduate Certificate of Management (six units towards a Masters
of Business Administration degree) and are ready to assist commanders
to improve their business practices.
Subjects include Processes of Management, Research Methods, Organisational
Behaviour, Strategic Management and Consulting Skills.
