What
sort of training regime are you following?
Technique
training, heavy weight training, speed/ endurance work.
I do all my own strength and conditioning work, but I have a coach
for my technique. Well he tries to get me to execute the movement
better.
What
sort of diet do you follow?
Diet?
Whats that? I am on a very self-specific diet. It changes
from day to day depending on the training I have done that day.
Are
you required to make many sacrifices to keep in shape?
Definitely, mainly the time to do the training, but I think it
is time well spent because many people go through life without
any goals, direction or
interests outside of work.
I think dedicating myself to the training enhances these other
aspects of my
life.
It enables me to more appreciate the time I have by making me
focus on the important things.
