Base visits to administration personnel

ADMINISTRATION personnel are being encouraged to talk to Directorate of Capability Management - Air Force staff during their base visits.

The Directorate’s staff are a voice for administration personnel at senior personnel committee-level, and the issues they present should be representative of personnel’s views, so the informal visits being undertaken are invaluable in assisting in the preparation of personnel policy issues.

During the remainder of 2005, the directorate’s staff are planning to visit RAAF Bases Edinburgh, Amberley, Townsville, Darwin, Tindal, Pearce and Wagga.

When the team visits, go and say hello and represent the views of members in your area of responsibility.
