AUSTRALIANS
who have served as UN or multinational force peackeepers have
been honoured in a limited set of coins struck by the Perth Mint.
There are five silver coins in each set, depicting Air Force,
Army, Navy, police and humanitarian aid teams conducting a range
of international peacekeeping activities.
The coins were produced to mark the 60th anniversary of the formation
of the United Nations.
The coins are available from the Mint by phoning 1800 098 817,
from Australia Post outlets, select coin dealers and from the
