November 6: The Big Band perform at the Officer’s Mess Spring Ball, RAAF Base Richmond, at 7pm. November 9: The Parade Band attend the RAAF Base Richmond Parade. November 10: The Chamber Musicians perform a free public concert at St. Andrew’s Cathedral, Sydney, from 12.30-1.30pm. November 11: The percussion ensemble perform a free public concert at South Windsor’s St. Matthew’s Church from 11am-12pm. November 12: The Big Band play at the Sergeant’s Mess Spring Ball, RAAF Base Richmond. November 14: The Big Band entertain at the Hawkesbury Valley Jazz Festival in the Richmond Park at 3pm and the Chamber Musicians play from 10am-2pm at the RAAF Base Glenbrook Open Day. November 12: The Williams Clarinet Quartet play at the Sydney-Emden Mess, HMAS Cerberus, from 7.30-11pm. November 13: Force 10 entertain at the Ballarat Show. November 15: The Concert Band perform at the Veteran’s Affairs Better Health Concert at the Centre Ivanhoe (formerly the Heidelberg Town Hall), Ivanhoe, Victoria, from 1-3.30pm. November 16: The Catalina Wind Quintet play at the Doncaster View Club Luncheon, Eastern Golf Club, Doncaster, Victoria, at 12.30pm. November 21: Force 10 perform at the 2004 RACV Wings and Wheels Display at the Lilydale Airfield. November 24: The Ceremonial Band play at the 1RTU Graduation Parade, 9am, at RAAF Base Edinburgh.

HF goodbye tour

A goodbye tour of the Bringelly and Londonerry sites followed by dinner at RAAF Base Glenbrook will be held on December 1. This is to mark the end of the High Frequency Communications system, which is being replaced. Expressions of interest should be sent to Andrew Wright at andrew.wright1@defence.gov.au.
