Jessica Johnson and CPL Kyra Evans, both from Surveillance
and Control Training Unit, form part of the catafalque party
around the Memorial Cenotaph during a recent ceremonial
parade in Newcastle’s Civic Park to mark the 64th anniversary
of the Battle of Britain. The Battle of Britain was the
first major air battle of World War II, between England
and Germany.
