ANNUAL performance reporting for all personnel should be underway. An individual’s report should not come as a surprise to them as they should have received feedback during the reporting period. However, at times, people will wish to represent against their PAR.

Your welfare on call
THE NATIONAL Welfare Coordination Centre has supported the families of deployed personnel for over five years. It was formed in September 1999 to provide support to the families of ADF members who were deployed to East Timor.

FOLLOWERS of the Federation's activities would be well aware of our stance in regard to the lapsing of accrued recreation leave, which is that no-one should forfeit or have their leave credits lapsed where it has been beyond their control to clear accumulated leave.
