Whitewater exercise
NOMINATIONS are sought for Exercise Franklin Wilderness, a 10-day whitewater rafting expedition on Tasmania’s Franklin River from January 3-17, 2005, part of an annual series of adventurous training activities conducted by the Australian Army White Water Association (AWWA).

The activity is open to all financial members of AWWA.

RAAF Central Band
September 10: Two small ceremonial bands will support the OTS Graduation Parade, Memorial Parade Ground, RAAF Base Williams, Point Cook, at 11.30am; and the 2FTS Graduation Parade, RAAF Base Pearce, at 1.30pm.
September 14: The Williams Clarinet Quartet and Catalina Wind Quintet will join forces to present a free concert, Federation Square, corner Swanston and Flinders Streets, Melbourne, Victoria, at noon.
September 15: The Ceremonial Band will support the Battle of Britain ceremony, Australian War Memorial, Canberra, at 11am. The Catalina Wind Quintet will perform at the Air Power Conference, National Conference Centre, Canberra, at 6pm.
September 16: The Catalina Wind Quintet will perform at the Air Power Conference, Australian War Memorial, from 7.30pm.
September 19: The Ceremonial Band will support the Battle of Britain Memorial Service at the Shrine of Remembrance, Melbourne, at 2.30pm.
