Dragonboats

Soccer

Touch football
Selections for the ACT/NSW country teams to compete at the 2004 ADF touch football nationals will be held on September 10 at the RMC Oval, Canberra. Selections will be made for men’s open, women’s open, men’s 30s, men’s 35 and over 40s teams. Referees are also sought.
The 13th ADF touch nationals will be held at RAAF Base Amberley in November. Rugby League
RAN Rugby League is looking for players for the World Masters Games from November 6-13 on the Gold Coast. There will be two sides entered in a nine-a-side team for 30 to 40- year-olds and a team in the over 35s in the 13-a-side format with a social competitive level. Basketball

Volleyball

Cricket

Softball
The ADF Softball Association national championships will be held in Richmond, NSW, from November 15-19. ADF members selected for the national teams will compete in the 2005 Arafura Games to be held in Darwin in mid 2005. Golf
Personnel are invited to play in the ADF Golf Association/Gungahlin Lakes Charity Golf Day for ACT Legacy on September 3 in Canberra. The event comprises a single Stableford competition. No AGU handicap is required to compete.
Golfers are invited to participate in the Defence vs industry golf challenge IX at Federal Golf Club, Canberra, on October 11.The format will be a two-person ambrose over 18 holes.
