Cameron Rahles-Rahbula was among 10 racers from Disabled Winter
Sport Australia who joined the ADF’s championships.
Rahles-Rahbula, who is the current world champion in the Super
G and downhill and second-best in the world in slalom, said racing
with the ADF competition provided an excellent training opportunity.
“It’s a great opportunity for us, ...to be able to link into the
services who have put on this great race – its all set up and
they let us jump in – it’s awesome,” he said. “This is the sort
of atmosphere that we’re looking for.”
He is focusing on the 2006 Paralympics.
