Fact sheets available

AIR Force personnel who supervise are advised that fact sheets on civilian performance management (CPM) are available.

The fact sheets are on the Defweb and the Internet or, for members without web access, on an Outreach CD. The first fact sheet gives a one-page summary of how CPM works.
