review
THE
Directorate of Service Conditions has begun a comprehensive
review of ADF overseas relocations. A working group that will
oversee the review had its first meeting on August 9.
Fact
sheets available
AIR
Force personnel who supervise are advised that fact sheets on
civilian performance management (CPM) are available.
Deadline
nearing for PARs
THE
first Performance Appraisal Reports (PARs) are due on September
1. Director Personnel (DP) acknowledges that there will be occasions
when a full PAR cannot be raised, owing to operational commitments
for example.
Form
improvements
DEFENCE
is about to receive a new, simplified electronic forms package.
The Defence Publishing Service (DPS) will progressively introduce
the new software package this month with operational, maintenance
and Occupational Health and Safety forms being implemented as
a priority.
Extension
to pay slip trial
MEMBERS
of No. 25 Squadron are among a sample of ADF personnel who have
received access to electronic pay slips.
