HE’S
outlasted 11 Air Commanders, but after 30 years’ dedicated service,
RAAF Base Glenbrook barber Brain Davies has hung up his clippers.
He began his service in July 1974 and has lost count of the number
of haircuts he has given.
Brian will continue to operate his hairdressing shop at Blaxland
near Glenbrook, but he will have more time to spend with his wife,
June, his grandchildren, supporting the Sergeants’ Mess as a long
serving honorary member, and looking after his property near Penrith.
