ANZAC Exchange was challenging professionally and personally. I was apprehensive about working in an unfamiliar environment with new people operating in a different Defence system.

However, the generous and friendly nature of our Kiwi counterparts made for an effortless transition into the RNZAF way of life. The similarities with process and procedures of the photographic trade facilitated my integration into the workplace, and I picked up a few business tips on the way.

I was also fortunate to have the opportunity to further broaden my photographic and personal experience by participating in the adventure training and the Variety Club Bash. I gained valuable experience on Anzac Exchange and highly recommend others to take the Kiwi challenge.
