SIX
Air Force teams will compete on August 19 for the inaugural RAW
trophy Run and Weapon Training Simulation System at RAAF Base
Glenbrook.
Teams of five, each to include at least one female, must run
2.4km in DPCU trousers, boots and webbing.
The route is from the Eastern Regional Operating Centre building
to the WTSS, where participants will undertake a live firing.
Participating units are HQ No. 41Wing, HQ No. 44 Wing, No. 3 Control
and Reporting Unit, Surveillance and Control Training Unit, Headquarters
Surveillance Response Group and Williamtown Air TraffiControl.
The winning team will be decided by dividing their average score
by the time taken to run.
