More flexible service report

THE new ADO Service Record has been re-formatted to be more visually appealing and flexible for information gathering. The report is simple to run. It is available under the menu path of Administer Workforce.

The difference is the way the panel looks, the ability to select the type of data you want to see and the printed output of the report.
