Working group set up on clerk pay

AN OCCUPATIONAL Specification Working Group, which is a group of subject matter experts, has been identified to look at clerical competencies.

The Directorate of Military Administration – Air Force called for nominations to form the group in preparation of the clerk pay case. The group’s work will form the basis of the approved Occupational Specification that will be forwarded to DGPERS- AF for approval.

This is scheduled for August. DMA-AF will then prepare a pay case for Air Force clerks and plans to progress this through to the Defence Force Remuneration Tribunal by the end of the year.
