Survey on service

The Corporate Services and Infrastructure Group (CSIG) is conducting a survey aimed at improving its services to the Air Force.

CSIG and its contractors deliver a range of products and services to Air Force in support of Defence capability.

These include: personnel administration, buildings and building maintenance, hospitality and catering, cleaning, library, information systems, telephones, mail, shopfronts and housing and relocations.

CSIG will undertake a two-part survey – the Base and Unit Commanders Satisfaction Survey (BUCSS) and the CSIG National Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) – from May 3- 14.

The BUCSS will be distributed by email and the CSS will be sent to a random sample of personnel through email and internal mail.

The results will be reported in August.
