MUCH
of Hobart will have its eyes in the skies for the RAAF Air Show
on September 13-14.
The event will also commemorate the Battle of Britain, with the
air show featuring an aircraft static display, an aircraft flying/handling
display and a military ground information display.
Battle of Britain commemoration activities include a church service
on September 13 in St David’s Cathedral, an official dining
in night at the Grand Chancellor Hotel and a remembrance ceremony
at the Hobart Cenotaph on the Sunday.
