THE
ADF Touch Associations (ADFTA) 12th National Championships
will be held at RAAF Base Amberley from November 27 to December
4.
Nominations are sought for combined service representative teams
(not unit teams) to compete in womens open, mens open,
mens 30s, 35s, 40s, 45s and 50s. Nominations by August 29

Nominations are also required for a tournament director to run
the 2003 ADFTA Nationals. Nominations to POPT Kel Bryant at kelvin.bryant@

The successful conduct of the event depends on the provision of
referees. Nominations for referees to WO1 Ken Golden at ken.golden@defence.gov.au
or (02) 9339 2407.
Nominations are also invited for players, coaches, managers, medical
support, tour managers and event coordinators for the 2004 ADFTA
tours.
The selection of ADFTA teams at the nationals will be dependent
on these positions being filled before the national teams are
announced.

All personnel nominating for ADFTA 2004 representative squads
must deposit $50 into ADFTAs Defcredit account and include
the name of the person making the deposit before the nationals.
A further deposit of $50 will be required on being named in one
of the ADFTA squads for 2004. If you do not make selection your
deposit will be refunded.
All permanent and Reserve members of the ADF and Defence civilians
are eligible to participate in all positions. Spouses or other
civilians may nominate for coach and team manager positions.
