Review looks at specialists

A REVIEW of the Specialist Reserve (SR) will be conducted between June and August because of changes in the legal, medical, theological and journalism specialties.

The role of the SR is to provide selected professional services, which are not required by the Air Force on a permanent basis, on call.

The comprehensive review, conducted by Squadron Leader Carol Willmot, Reserve Project Officer, will be facilitated through input and debate from a selected focus team.

Drawn from members of various ranks from each category of the SR, PAF and Reserve, the focus team will discuss a range of SR issues via the DRN e-mail system, fax and telephone.
