DHA conducts annual surveys

THE Defence Housing Authority (DHA) is conducting two surveys to assess ADF members’ views of particular aspects of its service.

Each year at this time DHA conducts the Annual Tenant survey and the Rent Allowance survey.

These surveys provide DHA with valuable feedback on housing preferences. DHA also asks for opinions on a range of topics to improve its service.

The surveys will be sent to a random sample of members who have been tenants of DHA homes for at least 12 months and to all Defence members with dependants who have been in privately rented homes for at least 12 months.

DHA encourages members who receive a survey to complete it openly and honestly.
