Wing Commander Robert Ivan Scrivener, AM
For exceptional service in the field of Australian Defence Force aerospace technical training.
WGCDR Scrivener has made an outstanding contribution to the maintenance and transformation of the ADF’s aerospace technical training over a prolonged period in the face of a dynamic capability and training management environment. He is an exceptional officer, displaying outstanding professional excellence, inspirational leadership and initiative, exceptional perseverance and exemplary dedication to duty in extremely challenging and demanding situations.

Squadron Leader Trevor Edward Bidgood, OAM
For meritorious performance of duty in the field of Australian Defence Force Aviation Airworthiness management and policy development.
SQNLDR Bidgood has been instrumental in ensuring the rapid development of airworthiness management policy for ADF aviation. He is an exceptional officer, whose outstanding knowledge, research and boundless energy ensured both the successful conduct of airworthiness review boards and issue of airworthiness policy despite severe personnel shortfalls. He accepted responsibilities well beyond the call of duties and was inspirational to other team members.

Squadron Leader Roger Gilmour Walter, OAM
For meritorious performance of duties as a Boeing 707 Qualified Flying Instructor for Number 33 Squadron.
SQNLDR Walter’s contribution to No. 33 Squadron’s training over the past seven years has been outstanding. His devotion to duty and diligent professionalism has been both exceptional and inspirational. Quite simply, without his exemplary leadership, selfless dedication, skilful management and outstanding ability 33SQN could not have conducted adequate training to maintain operational capability over the past seven years.

Warrant Officer Peter Cyril Hind, OAM

For meritorious service in the field of personnel administration as a Warrant Officer Disciplinary and Chief of Air Force’s advocate for F-111 maintenance staff.
WOFF Hind has been responsible for the welfare of serving airmen and airwomen as a Warrant Officer Disciplinary and more recently for retired members as Chief of Air Force’s advocate, or airmen’s friend. In fulfilling his responsibilities he has been outstanding in his selfless dedication to the needs of others and fearless in obtaining results for those who have sought his help. His high levels of energy and drive have been inspirational. He has had a positive and significant impact on the reputation of the RAAF within the community.

Warrant Officer Ian Campbell MacGregor, OAM
For meritorious performance of duty as No. 33 Squadron Flight Engineer Leader and Resident Flight Engineer of the B707 Project Office.
WOFF MacGregor is an extremely dedicated, enthusiastic and highly professional officer who consistently exceeds Service requirements. His proactive and tireless staff work has directly resulted in a comprehensive re-write of the B707 Flight Manual and the seamless introduction of the B707 Full Flight Simulator. This outstanding achievement reflects his unflagging devotion to duty, his commitment to Royal Australian Air Force values and a career dedicated to the enhancement of the operational effectiveness of Air Lift Group.

Flight Sergeant Timothy Paul Lempriere, OAM
For meritorious service in the field of medical assistant development and training.
FSGT Lempriere has been intimately involved with medical assistant development and training within the ADF for more than 10 years. He is an outstanding airman, displaying selfless dedication, inspirational leadership, and boundless energy and enthusiasm, and his exceptional efforts have materially contributed to increased medical assistant skill levels on operational deployments and achieved long-lasting benefits for the ADF.

Squadron Leader Stuart James Bellingham, CSC
For outstanding achievement in the performance of Offensive Air Support (Land) capability development and training as Commanding Officer of the Forward Air Control Development Unit.
AN exceptional commanding officer displaying consistent professional excellence, inspirational leadership and initiative, and outstanding dedication to duty in extremely challenging and demanding situations. SQNLDR Bellingham has been largely responsible for the significant development of the Offensive Air Support (Land) operational capability within the ADF and for the standardisation of Forward Air Control training with Australia’s allies.

Squadron Leader Geoffrey Bowen Kimmins, CSC

For outstanding achievement in the performance of duty as the Senior Engineering Officer with No. 38 Squadron.
Through his superior leadership and managerial skills, SQNLDR Kimmins implemented significant maintenance workforce structural reform at No. 38 Squadron and discharged with distinction the duties associated with a highly demanding and responsible appointment. In so doing, he contributed significantly to the highly successful deployment of No. 86 Wing Detachment C in support of United Nations operations in East Timor, and the ongoing restoration of the Caribou capability.

Flight Sergeant Michael Wayne Dicks, CSC

For outstanding achievement as the RAAF Senior Cookery Instructor at the ADF School of Catering.
FSGT Dicks has been a dedicated inaugural member of the ADF School of Catering and has been instrumental in the development of tri-service courses and administrative procedures to ensure the success of a new tri-service unit. FSGT Dicks’ dedication to the pursuit of excellence in training is proven by his continuous challenging of accepted standards and reviewing and developing procedures to ensure simpler procedural capabilities for all staff. His positive and professional attitude has greatly contributed to the success of tri-service training.

Squadron Leader Linda Margaret New, CSM
For outstanding service as the Commanding Officer of No. 26 (City of Newcastle) Squadron.
SQNLDR New is an exceptional officer, whose display of outstanding leadership and untiring dedication to duty resulted in the successful transformation of No. 26 Squadron which culminated in the squadron being awarded the Air Force Association trophy as the most proficient Reserve Squadron in 2001. SQNLDR New achieved this success through her own initiative and in doing so was an inspiration to all members of the squadron.

Warrant Officer Ralf Rae Dunn, CSM
For outstanding service as the Warrant Officer-In-Charge of the Explosive Ordnance Training Squadron, RAAF School of Technical Training.
WOFF Dunn is an exceptional airman displaying selfless dedication, inspirational leadership, skilful management and boundless energy and enthusiasm under extremely challenging and demanding circumstances. WOFF Dunn has been instrumental in promoting and improving the explosive ordnance capabilities of the Air Force within a dynamic capability and training management environment.

Warrant Officer Russell Wayne Wise, CSM

For outstanding service to the Royal Australian Air Force as a Warrant Officer Career Manager in the Directorate of Personnel Airmen.
WOFF Wise rises to any challenge presented to him in an outstanding manner. He has demonstrated outstanding commitment, flexibility, innovation, dedication and organisational skills during his seven years in the Directorate of Personnel – Airmen. His extensive knowledge, expertise, inspirational leadership and work performance has brought great credit on himself, the directorate and the Air Force.

Flight Sergeant Paul Andrew Dorney, CSM

For outstanding service in the performance of duty as Chief Instructor at No. 78 Wing Technical Training Flight, RAAF Base Amberley.
AN exceptional senior non-commissioned officer displaying commitment, professionalism, boundless enthusiasm, inspirational leadership and initiative, FSGT Dorney’s vision for the development and advancement of robust and qualitative training design systems for operational aircraft technical training has produced a significant improvement in the training quality provided to many operational units of the Air Force.
