History Conference
THE RAAF History Conference will be held in Canberra on August
4-5. The theme is 100 years of powered flight. Registration forms

Winter ball
THE Officers Mess Canberras annual Winter Ball will
be held on July 11 at the ADFA Officer Cadets Mess. The
theme is Winter Wonderland: Winter Sports. The cost is $55 for
financial members and their first three guests, and $70 for non-financial

Air Command Band
June 12: The clarinet quartet and the wind quintet will present
a chamber music concert at St Matthew's Church, Windsor at 11am.
June 13: The clarinet quartet will perform a program of music
for the Clarinet and Saxophone Society of NSW in Sydney from 7.30-8.10pm.
June 26: The St Andrew's Concert Series continues from noon-1pm
with a concert conducted by Deputy Music Director FLGOFF Mathew
Shelley that will feature the impressive Symphonic Metamorphosis.
Central Band
June 11: The Ceremonial band will perform at the 1RTU Graduation
Parade, RAAF Edinburgh, at 9am.
ARDU turns 60
THE Aircraft Research and Development Unit will celebrate its
60th anniversary with a reunion at RAAF Edinburgh on July 25.
An all-ranks function is planned, which will include a buffet
