Equity input invited

The Defence Equity Organisation (DEO) is designing a manual to assist in the day-to-day management of diversity in the workplace.

The manual will provide commanders, managers and supervisors easy access to practical support and guidance on good management practices with a broad range of diversity issues.

DEO invites all members of Defence to contribute suggestions and recommendations on the content and format of the manual to ensure it accurately reflects the needs of the target audience.
