Next-of-kin details sought

THE RAAF Welfare Trust Fund Group Life Insurance Scheme has asked for members to provide next-of-kin details.
Until this information can be incorporated on to PMKeys, contributors to the scheme are required to nominate a person to receive the death benefit in the event it becomes payable.

Contributors who have not yet advised the Fund of their nominated beneficiary are requested to complete a Group Life Form available from the Fund’s web site at http://defweb.cbr.defence.gov.au/rwtf.

Submission of a new form will not have adverse affect on any benefits currently accrued by a member. Members unsure of whether they contribute to the scheme should examine their latest Salary Variation Authority – all contributors will note an allotment of $1 to the Fund.
