Messages for service families

THE Department of Defence has set up an e-mail service to give members of the public the opportunity to send their messages of support to the families of Defence personnel deployed in Australia’s national interest.

The messages of support will be posted on the Department of Defence web site for the families of Defence personnel and members of the public to read.

Messages should be no longer than 100 words in length and should be of a general nature. The names and addresses of contributors will not be posted. This facility is not designed to forward messages of support to individual families of service men and women.

The messages to the families should be e-mailed to ourfamilies@defence.gov.au
